At present

Our firm is active in the photovoltaic market as an adviser to the German subsidiary of a Chinese group that is expanding in the Greek market. In collaboration with the Greek partner of the Chinese company, the financing bank in Greece and the banking department of a German law firm, our tasks are to develop a sales model that is compliant with the German federal supervisory authority (BAFIN), customize leasing and sales contracts, and ensure compliance with the regulations of the Energy Performance Certificate Register.
